The Slower Gametime mod changes how time and date are handled in-game.
When you first start a new game, there is an in-game cut scene where Geralt mentions they should begin moving because the sun is about to come up. The sun has already come up at that point, but there is still a good hour or so before it actually gets light. This bugs me, so I decided to fix it.
Now when it's mentioned that they should begin moving, it doesn't mean that the sun has already risen. The sentence is only out of context and the context is not the best place to look for a meaning.
